About

Carnival in the Park is an annual event in Newton, Iowa. The Carnival was started in 2013 by Terry and Karen Sallis of Integrated Treatment Services to promote family unity, inclusion, and community involvement. Since 2012, the Carnival has grown tremendously. This year, several companies and agencies participated in the event, including:
